Federal and State copyright laws provide that the author of a work is the owner of it and copying or distributing a work without the author's permission is a violation of law. This is true regardless of whether the image contains on it a copyright notice or watermark. All photos are of SIMOHEN ART and the photographer, Stephen Cohen, are of exclusive property by copyright and cannot be used for any purpose without expressed written permission.

Stephen Cohen DBA SIMOHEN ART, LLC is willing to grant permission to copy images as described in expressed and specific written agreements to include any or all: official web sites, media publications, promotional materials, and personal use. Agreements will be specific in time, place, and cost. Invoicing will be made and payment must be received prior to any sort of action to publish by the vendor.
 

Artist "official website" or any other affiliated website (i.e. Myspace, Forums, Blogs, and Message Boaards, etc) must have written permission to use photos or are subject to litigation.
 
Photos by SIMOHEN ART, LLC are for editorial/press purposes only in support of artist, and not intended or allowed for tabloid or misrepresentation of artist/subject.
 
Any request for purchase or use by any person(s) other than the artist will require written consent by the artist, artist management (if applicable),in conjunction with SIMOHEN ART, LLC.
